Everest Base Camp Trekking and Island Peak Climbing challenge yourself by having the aim that you would be able to scale the world highest peak Mt. Everest. It wasn’t renowned about trekking and expedition of Mt. Everest (Sagarmatha) in the past years before 1953 but the first expedition which was done by the two great honored persons named Sir Edmund Hillary & Tenzing Norgay Sherpa which gives inspirations to the up comers or general people about the incredible recreation of climbing Mt. Everest.
In the first place,to begin our trek we fly from Kathmandu to Lukla. Everest base camp trekking and island peak climbing is a memorable experience. Our flight takes us parallel with the main Himalayan range with superb views. Our Porter and guides were waiting for us in the airport so that we immediately move forward to the Sherpa villages before on the way to Namche Bazaar.
For the most part,this is a popular trek to the Khumbu region of Mt. Everest. There you will be surprised and reward with the attractive panoramic beaches of snow fall, glaciers and other various peaks. You trek up to Kalapatthar for a magnificent view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and the Khumbu ice-fall and glacier.
The base camp is the starting point for many of the expeditions to take on the summit. Our itineraries for Everest base camp and island peak climbing is carefully plan to ensure you have adequate time to acclimatize comfortably, thereby enjoying the trekking experience to the full.
If you are looking for longer trip to Island Peak then our 25 days Everest High passes and Island Peak Adventure is Great Option OR if you are looking for shorter trip then our only 17 days Island Peak Adventure is option for you.
Outline Itinerary
| Day 1 | Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu. Welcome with bunch of flower assistance at the Airport and meet with our staff (One of our company staff will be waiting you at the Airport with display your name ".................." which is print on our company white board and pick up by our private car and than 20 minutes drive to the Hotel. After few minutes rest in hotel, Visit in our office and have hot/cold drinks (Tea/Coffee) waiting to serve and have join together, One of our staff will brief you regarding the trip and introduction with your trekking and climbing guide. O/N at hotel. |
| Day 2 | Full day (6 hrs) guided sightseeing in Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Patan Durbar Square. Overnight in Hotel. (B) |
| Day 3 | 40 minutes Fly to Lukla (2728m) with your mountain trekking/climbing guide and meet porter and then commence trek to Phakding (2640m) 2 and half hrs and overnight stay in Lodge (Tea House) (B.L.D) |
| Day 4 | Trek from Phakding to Namche (3,446m) (5-6 hrs). Overnight Lodge. (B,L,D) |
| Day 5 | Rest day at Namche for acclimatization. Lodge. (B,L,D) |
| Day 6 | Namche to Tengboche (3,860m) (5 hrs). Overnight Lodge (B,L,D) |
| Day 7 | Tengbuche to Dingbuche (4350m) 5 ½ hrs (B.L.D) |
| Day 8 | Dingbuche to Lobuche (4930m) 5 ½ hrs (B.L.D) |
| Day 9 | Lobuche to Gorakshep (5154m) and ascent of Everest Base Camp (5350m) then back to Gorekshep 5 hrs (B.L.D) |
| Day 10 | Early in the morning climb to Kalapathar (5545m) for the best panoramic view and back to Gorekshep have breakfast than continue trek down to Lobuche 5 hrs (B.L.D) |
